Ready for Deeper Healing That Traditional Talk Therapy Can't Reach?
Sometimes trauma needs more than weekly hour-long sessions. Brainspotting Intensives offer focused, extended time for your nervous system to process and release trauma at its source—without having to relive every detail or wait months for relief.

You're navigating complex trauma, attachment wounds, or PTSD that needs more than 60 minutes to process effectively.
