Heal Trauma at Its Source With Brainspotting Therapy in Raleigh, NC
Finally break free from trauma that traditional talk therapy couldn't reach
Tired of reliving your story without real healing? I help neurodivergent adults and trauma survivors access deep healing through Brainspotting—a therapy that works with your brain's natural ability to process and release trauma.
Serving adults 18+ in-person in Raleigh and virtually across North Carolina

Do These Patterns Feel Familiar
You tried traditional therapy but still feel triggered by the same things.
You feel misunderstood by therapists who don't get your neurodivergent experience.
Your body hold tension and stress that you can't explain or release.
You exhausted from constant hypervigilance but can't seem to turn it off.
You feel broken or like something's fundamentally wrong with you.
Here's what I want you to know - Your nervous system is doing exactly what it was designed to do to keep you safe. You're not broken, and there's nothing wrong with you. The problem is that most therapy doesn't address trauma where it actually lives—in your body. That's why traditional talk therapy often falls short for trauma survivors and neurodivergent individuals. Your brain and body are holding onto protective patterns that once served you, and with the right approach, we can help them learn it's safe to let go.
Why Choose R&R Integrative Counseling?
Unlike traditional therapy that keeps you stuck in your head, Brainspotting accesses trauma where it's actually stored—in your nervous system. As a neurodivergent therapist, I create a safe space where you can heal without masking or conforming to neurotypical expectations.
One of the few neurodivergent therapists in Raleigh specializing in Brainspotting for trauma survivors.
